I totally agree – corporate alumni are a very important part of the recruiting eco system. Not only are their referrals more likely to succeed (familiar with skills + culture) but if they come back (boomerangs) they are usually committed and high performing. LH
Since we are talking about "talent communities", Don’t forget about :
Silver Medalist (Candidates that made it through the process but didn’t get offer)
Orphans (Candidates that build a profile in your ATS but don’t apply)
Influencers – Fans of your brand, People following your company on LinkedIn, Twitter, facebook, Youtube.
